When loosening the wheel nuts, make sure you loosen them before raising it or jacking it from the ground, because due to auto-reverse brakes, the wheel will try to revolve backwards.
Once they are loose, you can then jack your trailer off the ground, completely remove the wheel nuts and take the wheel off.
Once you’ve changed your tyre, or fixed whatever needs to be fixed, reapply the tyre back onto the wheel studs, tighten up the wheel nuts, and remember to torque your wheel nuts to the correct setting. You will probably need to lower your wheel back to the ground in order to do this, otherwise the wheel will try to revolve forwards.
