A Bradley 5 ton (or 5000kg) weight capacity ball & pin coupling (sometimes referred to as a universal coupling). It is important to note that the weight capacity stated on a 5 ton universal coupling relates only to the pin - the towball is still rated at 3.5 tons. Universal couplings are mostly used commercially where the application requires the ability to tow using a 50mm ball or an eye (also known as a ring).
